                Registration is Now CLOSED!
                 All registration is ONLINE ONLY

We accept major credit cards and Paypal.  If your total order is over $250 (excluding the registration fee), You will have the option of paying in full or paying in three installments --1/3 at time of registration, 1/3 by January 5, 2008, and 1/3 by February 20, 2008.  If you choose to pay in installments, you will receive an email reminder before the due date--it is your responsibility to check your emails and make the payments on time!  If you do not pay by the deadlines, you risk losing your registration, and prior payments will not be refunded!  Please note:  credit card charges will show up as billed from Cottage Craft.

(Please note:  there is a one-time nonrefundable registration fee of $45)

There will be no other confirmations mailed out, so please print and save the confirmation that you receive when you register!!

NEW!--you will no longer need to choose alternate classes!  When you register, simply click on the class that you're interested in and it will take you to the class description--scroll to the bottom and, if there's still space, it will say "Register for this class"--click on the link and it will put it in your shopping cart.   Repeat the process until you have chosen all your classes and are ready to 'check out'.  If a class is full, it will indicate that at the bottom of the description page, and it will not let you choose it. 

Prior to March 1, 2008, any class change request will incur a $25 processing/change fee per class.  If you find that you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us directly at info@artandsoulretreat.comPrior to March 1, you must cancel or make changes only by going through us; you may not transfer classes to someone else.  NO class changes after March 1, 2008.

  • Retreat cancellations prior to March 1, 2008 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable $45 registration fee. 
  • Absolutely NO refunds after March 1, 2008. However, you may try to sell your class(es), but we ask that you please notify us so that we can keep our rosters up to date.  Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students.  You will be contacted by email and may choose another class or opt for a refund.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, Art & Soul reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
