All registration is ONLINE ONLY

We accept major credit cards and Paypal. You will have the option of paying in full or paying in three installments:
--Register before Dec 1, you may pay in 3 installments (1:at the time of registration; 2: Dec 1, 2008 and final due Feb 10, 2009)
--Register between Dec 1 - Feb 10, you may pay in 2 installments (1: at the time of registration and final Feb 20)
--Register after Feb 20, payment must be made in full at time of registration
If you choose to pay in installments, you will receive an email reminder before the due date--it is your responsibility to check your emails and make the payments on time! If you do not pay by the deadlines, you risk losing your registration, and prior payments will not be refunded!

The Asilomar retreat includes 3 full days of classes, vendor event and any evening activities.  You will make your lodging arrangements directly with Asilomar.  A link to download the reservation form will be included on the class registration page.

You will receive an email confirmation for your classes.  There will be no other confirmations mailed out, so please print and save the confirmation that you receive when you register!!

Prior to February 1st, 2009, any scheduling changes will incur a $50 processing/change fee. NO changes after February 1, 2009.  
All cancellations prior to February 1, 2009 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable $45 registration fee.
Absolutely NO refunds after February 1st, 2009.   However, if you can find someone to take your place, just notify us of the change info.
Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, Art & Soul reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
