Las Vegas 2010 Policies
All registration is ONLINE ONLY
We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Paypal. If your total order is over $250 (excluding the registration fee), you will have the option of making installment payments:
--Register before Sept 1, 2009 you may pay in 3 installments (1:at the time of registration; 2: second payment due date is Sept 1, and up to 5 days before that, you can pay one third.) Final payment is Dec 1.
--Register between Sept 1 - Dec 1 you may pay in 2 installments (1: at the time of registration and final Dec 1. Final payment date is Dec 5, and up to 4 days before that you can pay half. )
--Register after Dec 1, payment must be made in full at time of registration
( there is a one-time per event/per person nonrefundable registration fee of $50)
Credit card charges will show as billed from Cottage Craft.
There will be no other confirmations mailed out, so please print and save the confirmation that you receive when you register!!
When you register, simply click on the class that you're interested in and it will take you to the class description--scroll to the bottom and, if the class is still available , it will say "Register for this class"--click on the link and it will put it in your shopping cart. Repeat the process until you have chosen all your classes and are ready to 'check out'. If a class is full, it will indicate that at the bottom of the description page, and it will not let you choose it.
Prior to Dec 1, 2009, any class change request will incur a $25 processing/change fee per class. If you find that you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us directly at info@artandsoulretreat.com. Prior to Dec 1, you must cancel or make changes only by going through us; you may not transfer classes to someone else. NO class changes after Jan 1, 2010.
Retreat cancellations prior to Dec 1, 2009 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable $50 registration fee. All cancellations must be made via email/in writing. No phone calls accepted.
Absolutely NO refunds after Dec 1, 2009. However, you may try to sell your class(es), but we ask that you please notify us so that we can keep our rosters up to date. Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students. You will be contacted by email and may choose another class or opt for a refund.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, Art & Soul reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
All communications will be via email. Please continue to check your emails for any changes or updates to your schedules.
