N139 - Dreams in Wax

[back to quicklinks]
$ 140

We will create mixed media paintings as we explore various encaustic and collage techniques. Of wax techniques you will learn transfering, glazing, intaglio, embedding, the use of powdered pigments, gold leaf and more. This is a project class that will introduce you to wax and many new approaches in working with mixed media. Each student will leave with at least one beautiful finished project.
