Registration is online ONLY

Register Before Nov 1, 2008  and pay in 3 installments
(1/3 at time of registration; 1/3 March 1, 2009  and final payment June 1, 2009)

-- Register between March 1 - June 1:  you may pay in 2 installments
(1/2 at the time of registration and final due June 1)

-- Register after June 1, 2009:
 payment must be made in full at time of registration


If you choose to pay in installments, you will receive an email reminder before the due date--it is your responsibility to check your emails and make the payments on time (be sure and check your spam folder)! If you do not pay by the deadlines, you risk losing your registration, and prior payments will not be refunded! Please note: credit card charges will show up as billed from Cottage Craft.

There will be no other confirmations mailed out, so please print and save the confirmation that you receive when you register!!



**NEW**--the first time you register for Art & Soul, you will create a 'member account'--it will contain basic contact information and will allow you to log in and view your account for any event at any time. You'll be able to see what classes you have, and what your current balance is anytime you like!

POLICIES

Prior to June 1, 2009, any class change request will incur a $25 processing/change fee per class. NO class changes after June  30, 2009.
If you find that you need to cancel your enrollment, please email us directly at info@artandsoulretreat.com.  Please no phone calls!  Cancellations must be in writing.  Prior to June 30, you must cancel or make changes only by going through us--you may not sell or transfer a class directly to someone else prior to this date.
Retreat cancellations prior to June 30, 2009 will be charged a $150  cancellation fee.
Absolutely NO refunds after June 30, 2009. You are allowed to sell your class(es) after this date , but must notify us of the sale and whom it is sold so that we can keep our rosters up to date. Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students. You will be contacted by email and may choose another class or opt for a refund.

* The fee is based on the exchange rate of 7-25-08. Art & Soul reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly. You will be notified if a drastic rate increase occurs prior to February 15, 2008. Price does NOT include airfare.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the trip to be cancelled, Art & Soul reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
