P325 - Moldmaking 101

This class exlpores the basic mold making process. We will go through the step by step process of making a two peice, flexible silicone rubber block mold. We will also cover "glove" and "press" molding, with an opportunity to use them.

Supply List:

• Bring apron and any small item to make a mold if you want but we will have many items for you to choose to make your mold.

Kit Fee: $50 Includes:

• All supplies you will need.
• a comprehensive handout on mold making and materials and sources
• use of a set of small tools and mold boards
• all silicone rubber for block mold and press molds
• use of our molds to cast objects and the resins
