This workshop offers students the opportunity to explore the design concepts and fabrication techniques important to an assemblage approach to jewelry making. Students will work with metals, plastics, and found materials.  Intermediate to advanced. Supply list: --photographs (no larger than 2" x 2 ½”) --pliers (round, flat, needle, and side flush cutter) --rivet hammer --small rawhide, nylon, or paper mallet --medium steel wool.  **Please note--there will be a kit fee of either $25 or $35, depending on skill level--payable directly to the instructor on day of class. IMPORTANT--this class will be held at the Holiday Inn, just down the road from the Embassy Suites. The hotel shuttle will be available for those who need transportation.  Lunch is included in the cost of your class. CLOSED - CLASS FULL Online registration for the Portland event is now closed.
