Ann Baldwin 9-4:30 Monday	450 - Creating Stories with Collage & Paint	[back to quicklinks] $ 130 Plus $20 materials fee
In this class students will use images and text gathered from magazines and personal photos and letters to create visual stories.  Instructor will demonstrate her own methods of applying fluid acrylics in transparent glazes over theme-based collage to give it richness, depth, and mystery. Plenty of hands-on experience and valuable critiques on composition. Supply List:    --two color magazines on general topics --favorite personal images and text for mixed media collage --one sheet (9 x 12 in.) strong construction paper in solid color --bottle matte medium --1” flat nylon brush --glue stick --scissors --pad 140lb cold-press watercolour paper (11x 15 in) --sponge --paper towels --water container --plastic gloves --apron Materials fee includes:  A set of 6 Golden Acrylic Fluid paints, 2 mediums, sheet of Fabriano Uno140lb watercolor paper.
