Learn to sculpt a 3-4” polymer clay head from beginning to end. Build a neck and upper torso that will host a clock bezel. Add hair and embellishments to create a unique bust! This class will be challenging for you if you have no experience working with polymer clay, but don’t let that discourage you from trying. I’ve seen students who had never touched clay make beautiful heads! Prior sculpting experience is not necessary, but is welcome!

Supply List:
--Flesh colored polymer clay (one pound brick or at least 5 two-ounce packages)
--Fabric-tac glue
--yarn or Fiber (for hair)
-sharp craft knife
--Wire cutters
--Small hand Mirror
--Sculpting tools: needle tool, clay shapers, ball stylus & other favorite tools
--Assorted paint brushes (soft loose and acrylic—cheap brushes are fine)
--Assorted items to embellish your bust (beads, buttons, lace trims etc
--Bezel clock that fits approximately 2” opening
--14-18mm flat-backed glass doll eyes—must be glass or another bakeable material (Email me at jessicalacosta@gmail.com if you have questions! If you are having difficulty finding them, I can order the eyes, bezel and/or polymer clay for you.)
