Create an elegant marriage between soft fiber and lean sculpture. Learn to build your own fabric armature that supports a sculpted torso. Create a face (molded), torso and arms in polymer clay. Embellish her Ultrasuede fabric skirt using fibers and appliqué.
Supply List:
--Flesh colored polymer clay (at least 3 two-ounce packages)
--Fabri-tac glue
--Crafter’s Pick The Ultimate White Super Glue
--Yarn or Fiber (for hair)
--fabric scissors
--Wire cutters
--Sculpting tools: needle tool, clay shapers, ball stylus & other favorite tools
Assorted paint brushes (soft loose and acrylic—cheap brushes are fine)
Optional items: Sewing machine if you do not wish to share (much of our sewing will be done by hand, however if you prefer to use a machine more extensively, you might bring yours along). Also, focal item for top of head: small tiara, jewelry, tiny teacup etc. Your own assorted fabrics or trims to use for skirt and torso embellishment. Acrylic paint for optional gloves.
