1256 - Resin-Filled PMC Charms

$ 135 Plus $40 materials fee  

Carve your own original designs into rubber carving material to make press molds for PMC silver bezels. The molds can be used to produce multiple silver charms with raised edges that will allow you to fill the design with colorful opaque or transparent resin. The basics of metal clay will be covered in this 6 hour class. After firing and finishing the silver, you will learn how to properly mix and cure resin to fill your creations with.  Make earrings, a pendant or charms with your finished pieces. 

Supply List:
--Small paint brush
--X-Acto Knife
--Needle Tool
--Clay shaper tool (if you have one)
--line drawings or rubberstamps for inspiration (optional)

Materials fee includes:  PMC metal clay, metal clay supply kit, finishing supplies, resin, pigments, carving pads, carving tools
