Portland 2006 Retreat Policies
We accept checks, money orders and major credit cards. Payment by check may be made in three installments:
No reminders or billing notices will be sent. You must remember to pay by the due dates or your classes will be dropped and the monies paid will not be refunded.
(Sorry, but credit card and money order registrations must be paid in full at time of registration.)
- Make your payment for your first choice classes. Classes will NOT be assigned prior to April 1, allowing time for snail mail. After that date, you will only be contacted via phone or e-mail if there needs to be an adjustment.
- Prior to August 1, 2006, scheduling changes will incur a $25 processing/change fee. NO class changes after Aug. 1, 2006.
- All cancellations prior to August 1, 2006 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable $45 registration fee.
- Absolutely NO refunds will be made after August 1, 2006. However, if you can find someone to take your place, just notify us of the change info.
- Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students. You will be contacted to select another class, or you may opt for a refund.
- Art & Soul reserves the right to limit or restrict attendance to any person, business or representative thereof.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, Art & Soul reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
