We will create in one day an original, one of a kind, Fabric Basket Sculpture with a mere 1 ½ yards of fabric. Students will need to bring 1 ½ yards of fabric pre- cut into 2 ½” wide bias strips. You make the choice of colors and or combinations.  Bring something leftover from other projects and make something special and unique  RE-USED – RECYCLED – RE-NEWED

Approximate sizes 8" to 10" tall with a 5" to 6" base.

$25 Materials fee payable to the instructor includes:   the special hardener and cording

Supplies Needed for Class:

Sewing machine with a wide zig zag stitch.

Zipper foot

Flat foot (not open toed)

1000 yards of thread matching the bias strips

Regular sewing supplies – good pair of scissors

extra needles size 100 for the sewing machines

Optional items: Personal decorations for basket
