Show your stuff with these fabulous Objects d’ Art. I’ll have a variety of designs for you to choose from to emboss your piece. We’ll detail those designs and really make them pop out from the background. We’ll use a torch on the copper to add rich color patinas and then antique it to bring out the design. Torched copper is woven with wire to create an interesting back. The whole pendant is wrapped with more wire to add even more texture. Copper washers are hammered and textured with metal stamps and torched to transform them from the ordinary. The necklace is completed with fabric (supplied), wire and copper washers to create a necklace that shows your flash and funk.

The $7.00 kit fee  payable to the instructor at the beginning of class covers three pieces of copper foil, pre cut mat board, six pre balled 16 gauge copper wire, 18 gauge copper wire, 24 gauge copper wire, assorted sizes of copper washers, spackle, fabric, black Rub-n–Buf and blending tool.

a cushion (like a mouse pad) or fun foam

Optional:
If you don’t like sharing or waiting you may want to bring a bench block, pad (to soften the sound) and hammer
Gloves to keep your hands clean
