P387 - Sculptured Paper Wall Vessels

Transform heavy Stonehenge paper with a whole variety of surface techniques and mediums into an amazing and beautiful piece of art on its own.  This piece of art will be taken into another realm with sculptural manipulation to become an incredibly unique wall vessel.  The new born vessel will then be enhanced and adorned with a wonderful assortment of natural elements and artful objects to choose from.
$20 Supply Fee payable to instructor at the beginning of class.  *. All other materials, including Stonehenge paper, gessos, gels, mediums, some paints, adornments, use of stencils and stamps will be provided by instructor

Supplies Needed for Class:

1. Mod Podge (matte)
2. Tacky glue
3. Scissors
4. Acrylic paints in your favorite color palette
5. Black and Brown acrylic paint
6. 3 reg. wooden pencils
7. Chunks of sponges for dabbing
8. One or two around 2’ wide flat paint brushes. They can be cheap
but not so much that the hair falls out as you are painting.
9. An assortment of other favorite paintbrushes.
10. A couple 16oz plastic cottage cheese or yogurt style containers
for water.
