In this class we will work with small found books, infusing them with power and magic, encasing them so they contain our secrets and wishes. Think of your most powerful wishes and hopes. We will symbolically embed these feelings in books, treating them as ritual objects. Methods for altering, sealing, wrapping, distressing and aging will be demonstrated. The finished book object will be sealed shut. Sas will bring some of her work to show as samples.
