Learn the basics of PMC silver and how to create simple pendants or bracelet plaques to which images will be applied.   After firing and finishing your pieces, a special transfer solution and paper allow you to transfer color or black and white laser images to the surface of the metal.  The finished pieces are durable and have a timeless, soft, ethereal look.  Choose images with strong lines and contrast for best results. Supply List: X-acto knife --small paint brush --needle tool --textures for clay such as lace, leather stamping tools, texture sheets, etc. Optional:  If students want to use a personal image, instructor will prepare the image prior to class (send jpg or photocopy by email or snail mail:  shaab@gpengineering.com Materials Fee Includes:  PMC silver, supplies for pmc, images prepared for use, transfer solution, wax to seal images (Jewelry findings such as chain and clasps will not be provided, however finishing techniques will be demonstrated CLOSED - CLASS FULL
