Carol uses Golden Fluid Acrylics. Her “must have” colors are Quinacridone Nickel Azo Gold, Quinacridone Magenta, Turquoise (Phthalo), Titanium White, and Carbon Black. These are available in 1 oz bottles, ideal for travel.
1 or 2 cradled wood panels – 10x10 or 9x12 ONLY! We will mount our paintings on wood panels for a beautiful finished look. PLEASE GESSO PANELS BEFORE CLASS.
Several 9x12 sheets of 140 lb cold press watercolor paper – Michaels has 24 sheet Artist’s Loft Watercolor Pads. We will crop and trim the paper to fit our boards.
9x12 (or similar size) White mat – we will use the mat for visualizing cropping options.
Golden Regular Gel medium, gloss or matte
Short Handled Nylon Brushes (3/4 inch flat, #6, and #2) suitable for w/c and acrylic – NO BRISTLE brushes!
