This workshop is designed to give you a hands-on and in-depth look into intuitive painting and abstract expressionism in the form of painting florals. It's for anyone wanting access to more freedom, authenticity, and courage in their painting practice.
I'll guide you through my intuitive painting process and share: My integration of a whole hearted practice with including meditation and journaling, painting demonstrations aplenty, mark making and layering techniques, my favorite paints and tools, color mixing tips and tricks, and how to use fresh flowers and reference photos for inspiration.
This isn’t a paint by numbers class. Those serve their purpose, but I don’t want you to paint like me or everyone else. Here you’ll tell your own story and explore your unique style.
Open to all levels. Seasoned painters and first-time painters are wholeheartedly encouraged to join. If you're a beginner who has never painted or an experienced painter feeling creatively stuck and in need of a boost of fresh inspiration, this course is for you!

Materials Fee $15 paid at beginning of class includes:

Class handouts
Acrylic paint
Gesso
Gel medium
Stabilo all pencils
Blue towels
Spray bottles
A variety of mark making tools 

Supplies Needed  to bring for Class:

Watercolor or mixed media paper (my favorite is Cason XL) in 9x12 or larger
Variety of acrylic paint brushes in various sizes
Palette Pad or something to use as a palette surface
Water container

Optional to Bring:
Your favorite acrylic paint
Favorite Mark making tools (oil pastels, pigment sticks, water soluble crayons,
stabilo woodies, intense blocks, etc.)
