Poppies & Ditch Flowers

$ 185

There is nothing wrong with painting inside the lines. This painting is painted in a traditional watercolor manner including the use of masking fluid to protect the flowers when painting a loose, transparent background. The breakout of rectangles adds an additional design element. No previous watercolor experience is necessary. All levels of painters will complete a successful painting using the step by step directions. A line drawing is used so no drawing is required. The finished size is about 10” x 22”.

Materials Fee $25  paid to instructor at beginning of class includes:

• Written instructions, line drawing and color photo
• Arches 300 lb. Cold Press paper with designed traced on it
• Mijello Mission Gold paints used in this painting
• Foam plate/pallet for watercolor paint
• Tape, masking fluid and other misc. supplies.

Supplies Needed  to bring for Class:

• Your usual painting supplies which should include at least 2 water containers, paper towels (or old towel), a fine mist spray bottle for water.
