Mokume Gane with Polymer Clay

$ 185

Mokume-Gane is a technique borrowed from metalworking. In clay it involves placing several sheets of clay on top of each other and then pushing an object through it, and thinly slicing it to create multi-colored and patterned artworks. This class is fascinating and creates lots of surprising outcomes. It’s similar to creating abstract art yet in the polymer clay world.

We will cover the basics of polymer clay, so this class is for all levels of makers. You will leave with several pieces of jewelry to “wear and share”!

Materials Fee $30 paid at beginning of class includes:

• Sculpey Polymer Clay
• UV Resin
