Pocket Skirt Contest & Fashion Show
All the art girls in Wonderland need a new pocket skirt to wear on their multitude of adventures! Where else can they store their stamps, pencils, trades, and ideas???
Won't you help them out?
Your creations will be entered in our fabulous Wonderland contest and you will walk the runway to the oohs and aahs of the crowd. The requirements are few: skirt must have at least one pocket and must be able to be worn down the runway.
Categories are:
• Most “Wonderlandiful“
• Most Functional
• Most Likely to be seen on a Paris Runway
• Best in Show
Winners will receive an all day class of their choice at a future Art & Soul Event.
Here is the skirt that caused the sensation in Portland!
Guidelines for the Contest:
"Guidelines?!?! What guidelines?!?!?"
shouted the Mad Arter! The Mad Arter doesn't have much use for guidelines and you shouldn't either! Get creative ladies! As long as there is at least one pocket and at long as you or your model can wear the skirt down the runway let your imaginations run wild, really wild! Want to make it of paper? Blinking light? All pockets and very little skirt? Long skirt? Short skirt? Am I skirting the issue?! No! There really are no rules and that's just as the Red Queen likes it! So put on a little music, invite your muse in and create, create, create!
Don't want to make a skirt, but want to enjoy the fun?
