Virginia 2010 Policies
All registration is ONLINE ONLY

We accept Visa, MC, Discover and Paypal. If your total order is over $250 (excluding the registration fee), you will have the option of making installment payments:
--Register before Dec 1, you may pay in 3 installments (1:at the time of registration;  2: Dec 1, 2009 and final due Feb 20, 2010)
--Register between Dec 1 - Feb 20,  you may pay in 2 installments (1: at the time of registration and final Feb 20)
--Register after Feb 20,  payment must be made in full at time of registration

( there is a one-time per event/per person nonrefundable registration fee of $50) 

Credit card charges will show  as billed from Cottage Craft.

There will be no other confirmations mailed out, so please print and save the confirmation that you receive when you register!!  A special item to decorate will be sent to those who regiser for three or more all day classes.

When you register, simply click on the class that you're interested in and it will take you to the class description--scroll to the bottom and, if there's still space, it will say "Register for this class"--click on the link and it will put it in your shopping cart. Repeat the process until you have chosen all your classes and are ready to 'check out'. If a class is full, it will indicate that at the bottom of the description page, and it will not let you choose it.

Prior to March 25, 2010, any class change request will incur a $25 processing/change fee per class. If you find that you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us directly at info@artandsoulretreat.com. Prior to March 1, you must cancel or make changes only by going through us; you may not transfer classes to someone else. NO class changes after March 25, 2009.

Retreat cancellations prior to March 25, 2010 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable $50 registration fee.
Absolutely NO refunds after March 25, 2010. However, you may try to sell your class(es), but we ask that you please notify us so that we can keep our rosters up to date. Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students. You will be contacted by email and may choose another class or opt for a refund.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, Art & Soul reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
