Metal elements combine to create a bright and shiny magpie's dream of a journal, embellished with glass beads and copper "beads” that are an integral part of the binding. Hanging strap and nail heads further enhance the already textured finish.  The book is completed with a copper button closure (included).   As time allows, we'll paint pages to continue our colorful journey.  Pictures don't do justice to this fun and quirky journal.    Supply List: --16 pieces of 140 lb. watercolor paper (or its equivalent), cut or torn to 7½” x 11” --16 upholstery nail heads --Krylon Leafing pen in Gold --Awl and cushion (like a mouse pad) --Hammer and mat --Pencil --Ruler Optional: Krylon Leafing pen in copper if you want the hanging strap in copper Materials fee includes: the book board, tape, beads, inks, waxed linen thread in an assortment of colors, needles, copper elements and hanging strap.
