Crazy Quilting can be a tedious procedure, but with this fun and quick method you’ll be whipping up this purse in no time. It’s small size makes it a great evening bag but it opens wide so things are easy to find. Once you know this creative, non-traditional technique you’ll be able to adapt it to lots of projects. Supply List: Small amounts (or Fat Quarters) of 5 or 6 different fabrics that coordinate, ¼ yard cotton fabric for lining, embellishment items such as beads, buttons, charms, embroidery floss, sewing and embroidery needle, scissors, 3 yards ¼” wide satin cording (or your desired shoulder length doubled). Sewing machine (it is best to have your own but a limited number will be available in class to share). Optional: extension cord. Materials fee includes: fusible fleece, printed fabric imagery, decorative fibers, magnetic closure, 1 yd satin double fold bias tape, grommets.
