In this workshop you will learn art quilting techniques while making a fun little fabric journal that has it’s own persona. The journal is made completely by hand using embroidery, appliqué and beading on fabric. Add printed fabric imagery and easy doll making techniques to add a fun little persona to the front of the book, each has it’s own personality. Supply List: good fabric cutting scissors, needle and thread (any color), embroidery needle, a small button or charm or found object to use as a closure, embroidery floss, water color paper – 12 sheets cut to 6 ½” x 7”, any favorite beads, buttons, charms or found objects that might enhance the project. Materials fee includes: all fabric provided, fiberfill, embroidery floss, beads, buttons, printed fabric imagery, fibers, waxed linen
