H112 - Love and Fear

[back to quicklinks]
$ 140

Simply put, we operate out of either love or fear. And as Louise Hay puts it, the guru of self-healing, everything comes down to loving yourself. I have been on a personal quest of self-discovery that is leading me to uncover and discover that I am my own super hero. I’m here to help you do the same through creative expression.

We are always bombarded with messages about giving gifts to others to show our love. It’s time to take matters into our own hands and do it for ourselves. This positive workshop is about creating and giving a love gift to yourself while discovering that you are in fact the real gift.

Using a book as the foundation for your journaling and guided exercises, you will transform it into your book of love and personal exploration and discovery. This colorful book will be about yourself, for yourself. I’ll lead you through various journaling and automatic writing exercises, using paint, markers, pens, rubber stamps, collage and personalized imagery, to create artful pages and visualizations about finding your true, vibrant self. You will push through the fear and other obstacles to find the bright light and love within. You’ll go home not only artfully refreshed with a new love and appreciation for yourself, realizing that you too are your own super hero, but you’ll also have a lovely book to continue working in on your path to abundant self-love and new art techniques you learned along the way.

No art or writing experience necessary--Just a willingness to be open to creative and personal exploration. For more information, visit my web site at www.TraciBunkers.com. Questions? E-mail me at traci@TraciBunkers.com
