Portland, OR Spring 2026

You’ll learn many techniques for weaving, knotting, wrapping, tying, sewing, coiling and twisting of fiber materials to build your dynamic and stunning piece to hang on the wall. The surprising and versatile foundation for the weaving is plastic fencing, which opens the creative journey into much more than weaving.  You’ll also make fringe, tassels and pompoms to add texture and delight. No art or weaving experience is necessary, and all levels are most welcome.

Everything you'll need, including the plastic fencing, many gorgeous fabrics and yarns, and various other decorations to add to your piece.
(Optionally, you're most welcome to bring your own stash of fabrics, yarns and decorative elements to add to your piece).
