I love drawing on the surface of enamel. I learned the technique of graphite drawing and never looked back. If you like to draw or doodle, your pictures will transfer nicely to this medium. You will learn how to prepare the surface of enamel for drawing, and I will share with you some techniques I developed to create beautiful floral designs! Firing will be the technique you will master to meld your drawing with the enamel, giving you a piece of art that you can wear as a pendant or earrings.

Materials Fee $20 cash paid at beginning of class includes:

vitreous enamel powders, graphite pencils, prepared copper shapes, and findings to make earrings or pendants.

Supplies Needed  to bring for Class:

Bring simple images you would like to draw. if you have your own torch and stand, you are welcome to bring it, I will have extra fireproof mats.
