Join artist Micah Goguen for this course with textured landscapes. We will look at several new landscape compositions along with trying a new texture gel or paste each time. We will cover the breakdown and block in of a landscape composition as well as how to effectively incorporate textures and technique. We will be working with the GOLDEN acrylic textures "Gels and Pastes" kit in which you will be able to explore choices of Soft Gel Gloss, Light Molding Paste, Extra Heavy Gel Matte, Clear Tar Gel, Course Molding Paste and Regular Gel (Semi Gloss). This workshop will feature Ampersand Gessobord for substrates to yield the best results with the gels and pastes. Materials are provided so just come and choose your favorite methods. No previous painting experience is needed for this course.
