In this class we will create these unique pouches inspired by the Talisman pouches I bought in Morocco. They can be adorned as a neck piece or wall hanging. They include a special pouch we will make to put those special treasures.
I will show you how to construct the bag like the original. I will also show you how to sculpt a mini mask using paper clay. Other techniques to adorn the pouches will be demonstrated:
Embroidery, painting, distressing the fabric to age it, applying dark wax to the fabric to look like old, distressed leather.
