Join Roxanne in the creation of The Wanderer’s Book of Colors, a book that is reminiscent of medieval times, with an edge!
The cover will be made of a antique door hinge, which will be provided for you by Roxanne, along with vintage colored silks to cover your pages.
On the first day you will enjoy different ways to cover the page edges, first with pan pastels and paints and then with the vintage silk. We will also make some self drying beads to use on our book spines.
And the second day we will explore stitching, attaching, and collaging simple details on your pages, finally putting your book together in a unique and easy process.
Your will go home with your own handmade book that tells the story of the colors, textures and patterns that you love and memories of a beautiful gathering of like souls.
