Friday - March 15

$ 150

Watercolors express the quintessential feeling of fun, loose and liveliness. Painting is meant to be enjoyable! We will be painting small landscape paintings using a variety of techniques to help you loosen up and enjoy the wonderful flow of watercolor and water and adding mixed-media for some interesting results. Jacqueline will share her strategies for keeping your colors fresh and bright, creating colorful watercolor washes and keeping sparkling whites. Learn to control wet-into-wet techniques and explore the magic of timing to produce some fun, colorful results. With the focus on playing, these serendipitous washes can also be a wonderful way to provide exciting backgrounds for sketches that you can add to your art journal pages.
