A very dear friend of mine was opening a yoga studio and I wanted to make something special for her. I thought a while and came up with this Spirit House. I made it so either candles or incense (or both) can be burned inside. The light from the candle glows through the windows and doors and incense only adds to the ambience when burning. How you embellish and paint your Spirit House will make it a lovely item to enjoy and use often.

Materials Fee $40 in cash paid at beginning of class includes:

House assembly and stand
Mesh for windows and doors

Supplies Needed  to bring for Class:

400 grit water paper
Assorted paint brushes
Assorted acrylic paints
Paint palette
Water dishes
Quick dry 2-part epoxy adhesive
Masking tape
Paper towels
Any embellishments you would like to add, such as bells, paper cut-outs, wallpaper, lace, metal bits and pieces, cotton cords, stencils and anything else you might like to add.
