Project workshop- you will complete two projects in this class
In this class I will be teaching painting and drawing fanciful girls using watercolors and chalk paints. 
The first part of the class I demonstrate how to create color combinations and print patterns to decorate our girls clothing as well as used to make collage pieces. I will then show you how to create your own fancy lassie with some simplified drawing techniques as well as collage. We start to use some of our prints we created to become design elements and patterns on the girls. I will have images available for image transfer and collage. 
Watercolor paper and some vintage fabric will be the substrate we will be working on.

watercolors (assorted reds, blues, yellows)
Watercolor paper – 7” x 14” or similar sizes
Charcoal 2b, 4b
Gesso
Soft gel medium
Bits of fabric
White acrylic paint
