Make a one-of-a-kind necklace that looks like draped satin. In this fun workshop you’ll learn to work polymer clay with a minimum of tools. After rolling out a thin sheet of clay, you’ll drape and shape to your liking. Then bake in a toaster oven – an oven dedicated to polymer clay is not required. While your piece is baking, you’ll make a multi-strand necklace with a magnetic clasp. After baking, your design will be varnished and a bail and freshwater pearl will be added.
You’ll want to make more of these when you see that you don’t have to invest in expensive tools and if you knit or crochet, you probably have a stash of yarn. This is a great class for any level of experience with polymer clay.
