A modern approach to an ancient textile art! Arashi translates to "Storm" and we will definitely stir up some fun as we twist, push, slide, scrunch and tie the fabric onto diffenent sized, lightweight acrylic poles before dyeing. The resulting fabrics will be organic in nature, resembling water, waves, trees and lightning

Procion Dye
All mixing cups and spoons
Fixatives & Detergents
Gloves & Dust Mask
Reusable squeeze bottles and funnel
Supplies Needed to bring for Class:
Safety Pins, straight pins, craft scissors, dye clothes,
Permanent Marker, 2 lawn & leaf garbage bags.
Plastic Bin with lid - apx. 24" x 16" x 6" (to cart your wet fabric)
