Magical Beasties Tour

$ 265

These beasties are quite absurd and profound in many ways. Delight yourself by spending a day and evening creating these creatures bound on their magical tour. We’ll start with sculpting the beasties with paper clay techniques that will include stamp designs, molds, and textures. The boat and oars will be painted with milk paint techniques that will give a wonderful patina to the wood surfaces. Soft wax will give the boat a sealant for the paints. The beasties will be painted with patina color stains and layers of fluid acrylics, topped off with a bit of bling using iridescent hues. Of course the best part will be designing your story about these delightful creatures. Design, construct, paint, and partake on this enchanted journey!

$20.00 kit fee includes: patina fluid acrylic paints, iridescent fluid acrylic paints, milk paints, wooden boat with oars, 4 wheels and axle parts, nails, soft wax, sandpaper, sponges,
I will provide ceramic tools, metal cutters, clay molds, stamps, extra paint, hammers, and other tools to use while we work.
