To REGISTER For Classes:
When you first register for a retreat, you need to create a ’member account’--it will contain basic contact information and will allow you to log in and view your account at any time. You’ll be able to see what classes you have, and what your current balance is anytime you like! It is at the top right hand corner of the home page.
On the dropdown menu, click on Workshops and then scroll down to the class -- it will take you to the class description--scroll to the bottom and, if there’s still space, it will say "Register for this class"--click on the link and it will put it in your shopping cart. Repeat the process until you have chosen all your classes and are ready to ’check out’. If a class is full, it will not let you register, but will allow you to be on a waiting list.
At the top of the WORKSHOPS page is a list of all classes in an easy to print/download format. This way you can review all classes without having to scroll through the daily list. Then go to the day/description when you are ready to register.
PAYMENT AND POLICIES
We accept major credit cards, checks and Paypal. If paying by check, you must email your class selection to firstname.lastname@example.org. Classes will be held for one week until your check has been received.
If your total order is over $250 (excluding the registration fee), you will have the option of making installment payments, due as follows:
Register before July 1, 2019 you may pay in 3 installments.
1/3 at the time of registration
1/3 Sept 1, 2019;
and final is due January 1, 2020
If you choose to pay in installments, you will receive an email reminder before the due date--it is your responsibility to check your emails and make the payments on time (be sure and check your spam folder)! If you do not pay by the deadlines, you risk losing your registration, and prior payments will not be refunded!
(Please note: there is a per event/ per person (not per class) nonrefundable registration fee of $50. This covers credit card and Pay Pal fees, admin costs, confirmation goodies and more)
We do not receive your credit card information -- it is held securely by the card processor.
All communication will be by email. There will be no other confirmations mailed out, so please print and save the confirmation that you receive when you register!!
Prior to December 1, 2019 any class change request will incur a $25 processing/change fee per class.
Retreat cancellations prior to December 1, 2019 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable $50 registration fee.
NO class changes after January 1, 2020. No exceptions. We highly recommend cancellation insurance. Links can be found on the News & Info page.
If you find that you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us directly at email@example.com. Prior to December 1, 2019 you must cancel or make changes only by going through us--you may not sell or transfer a class directly to someone else prior to this date.
Absolutely NO refunds after January 1, 2020. However, you may try to sell your class(es), but you must notify us so that we can keep our rosters up to date.
Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students. You will be contacted by email and may choose another class or opt for a refund.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, Art & Soul reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
For your convenience, you may pre-order your materials for classes! Your materials will be waiting for you at the retreat. And you can always purchase additional materials at the retreat.
