Supplies Needed to bring for Class:
Papers that are interesting to you—maps, music, scrapbook sheets, magazines.
Bits of string, raffia, and feathers to weave into your nest
Cutting mat
Exacto knife and extra blades; scissors
Matte medium, small paper cup and brush for spreading medium
Optional:
Color photo or photocopy of a bird nest. 8x10. Many reference photos available in class.
Metallic pens and paints with brushes
An apron is always a good idea
Materials Fee of $10 payable to instructor at beginning of class includes:
One 10 x 10 cradle board painted black (acrylic or gesso).
