Gather all the tidbits and scraps left over from other projects you’ve been saving that were too precious to file in the circular bin and I will share how to craft those into a book filled with creatively inventive ways to make extraordinary pages. You’ll explore playing with ink on wet strength tissue, use acrylic paint to make unique prints on mulberry papers while using fabric as a blotter that can also be used for embellishment, All these elements combined will create a wonderfilled book of extraordinary pages.
-First you’ll experiment with inks using wet strength tissue paper as a substrate
-You’ll enjoy painting on mulberry paper with a unique printing method
-Once your papers are dry you’ll embellish them with metallic gold, silver and white and black pens and stabilo water soluble pencils
-You’ll learn how to wield a sewing needle to create perfectly imperfect instinctually stitched details that will put the finishing touches on your one of a kind book of extraordinary pages

2 inch brayer
Small paint brush for details
1 or 2 inch flat or filbert for applying medium or paint
