FLOWERS have inspired art makers around the world since forever ago. In this workshop we will focus on creating a floral paintings with professional grade watercolors and mixed-media. This workshop is beginner friendly as well as suitable for the seasoned painter.
Using my unique style of loose and free watercolor painting, I will teach you how to lean into the fluid medium of watercolor and allow it to river into a floral painting that will surprise and delight you.
Simple tips and tricks for how to draw and begin a watercolor painting of flowers will be our starting point. This workshop is meant to be playful and allow you to enjoy the creative process. Students will make at least two watercolor paintings on 9x12 Coldpress paper. .
