Not So Still Life

Portland Spring 2026 is NOW OPEN

$185.00

This large painting is painted loosely with watercolor.  The background is painted even looser using stencils and other techniques.  The addition of scribbles made with water-soluble crayons add excitement and connections for you own original piece of art.  I expect most paintings to be about 90% completed in class.

Materials Fee $25 paid at beginning of class includes:

Written instructions and color photo
140 lb cold press watercolor paper (15” x 24”) with traced design on it
Mijello Mission Gold watercolor paints used in this painting
Moo Eraser
Pallet for watercolor paint
Misc. supplies

Supplies Needed  to bring for Class:

  •  2 water containers, paper towels, pop up tissues, a fine mist spray bottle for water.
