If your total order is over $250 (excluding the registration fee), you will have the option of making installment payments:
Register before Sept 1, 2024, you may pay in 3 installments
1. at the time of registration
2. Dec 15, 2025
3. April 15, 2025
(Please note: there is a one-time per event/ per person nonrefundable registration fee of $50. This covers Pay Pal fees, admin costs, confirmation goodies and more)
If you choose to pay in installments, you will receive an email reminder before the due date--it is your responsibility to check your emails and make the payments on time (be sure and check your spam folder)! If you do not pay by the deadlines, you risk losing your registration, and prior payments will not be refunded!
Prior to June 1, 2025 any class change request will incur a $25 processing/change fee per class.
Retreat cancellations prior to June 1, 2025 will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to the non-refundable $50 registration fee.
NO class changes or refunds after June 1, 2025. No exceptions as the teachers have been guaranteed your spot in their class.
We highly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance as life has a way of changing our plans. You can find info on these links:

Cancellations by the attendee:
If you find that you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us directly at info@artandsoulretreat.com. If you are using a credit from the cancellation of 2020 classes due to COVID, this credit will continue forward and not be refunded. Email to have your credit applied.
Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained the minimum number of students or if an instructor determines that he/she cannot attend. You will be contacted by email and may choose another class or opt for a credit.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, “force majeure” type events (such as state mandated shutdowns, wildfires, or hazardous conditions), or other reasons outside of our control, Art & Soul reserves the right to reschedule the event at a later date to be determined. Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters; acts of terrorism; labor disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease (such as COVID-19); quarantines; national or regional emergencies; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond the party’s reasonable control. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. A credit will be given instead. Credits can be used at any Art & Soul Retreat in the future. There is no expiration date.

I assume all liability of personal injury or harm relating to or resulting from my participation in any and all Art & Soul related events. I agree to hold Art & Soul, INC, its instructors, staff and associates free from any and all liability.
For your convenience, you may pre-order your materials for classes! Your materials will be waiting for you at the retreat. And you can always purchase additional materials at the retreat.
